Yes. Consultations are a separate $50 fee paid in advance and include a hair/skin assessment, treatment recommendations, and an overview of the projected treatment plan. Consultation fees are not credited toward treatment or retainer fees.

No, all deposits are non-refundable. They secure your time slot and allow us to prepare for your specific treatment needs.

You can easily manage your appointments through the Square Go app. We also send text and email reminders three days before your scheduled time that has a link to our booking calendar.

No, we do not process insurance or CareCredit at this time.

We require at least 48 hours (2 full days) notice for any changes. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.

Changes made within the 48-hour window are considered late cancellations. You will be charged 100% of the reserved service fee.
