Please avoid direct sun exposure, retinols, and aggressive exfoliants for 7 days prior to your CULT Ritual Facial to ensure your skin is in its healthiest state for treatment.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your scheduled time. This allows the electrologist to fully sanitize the room and equipment and carefully review your curated treatment plan without rushing.
Please come up to the 11th floor and check in on the iPad. Your electrologist will come out to greet you and take you to your appointment shortly.
Be mindful of factors that increase pain, such as recent caffeine and alcohol intake. If you have applied a prescribed or over-the-counter numbing cream, ensure it has had sufficient time to take effect before the session begins.
Your electrologist will verify that the hair is the correct length (1/16 of an inch) and that the skin is clean. Please note that services may be refused, and full charges applied, if hygiene standards are not met or if the hair is too short to treat.
SOOTHE & HYDRATE
Drink plenty of fluids and apply a cold pack immediately after your session to reduce swelling and assist the skin’s natural healing process.
GENTLE CLEANSING
When washing the area, use a gentle cleanser only. Do not use regular soap, which can be too harsh for treated skin.
STERILE MOISTURIZATION
Keep the skin hydrated by applying moisturizer, ensuring you only use clean hands to touch the area.
NO TOUCHING OR SCRATCHING
Strictly avoid touching, picking, or scratching the site, as this introduces bacteria and can cause irritation or breakouts.
48-HOUR AVOIDANCE LIST
Because your pores remain open and vulnerable for two days, avoid: Prolonged sun exposure, excessive sweating, exercise, pools, saunas, hot tubs, toner, perfume, or makeup/products.
